Clockify Tracking: Our teachers use Clockify to track teaching hours. The system automatically shows pay rates associated with each teacher’s profile. Zen City Foundation does not restrict this feature, as it reflects our value of openness.

Compensation Criteria: Teacher pay is set according to established guidelines that include experience, qualifications, performance, and program needs. These guidelines are applied consistently across all staff.

Equal Treatment: We do not discriminate in setting pay rates based on gender, ethnicity, religion, or other personal characteristics.
Rights and Responsibilities
